My offensive coordinator, Jon Gruden, was hired as a HC. I hire Lee Milieusniac in that role for me. No other staff changes are imminent.

I head to FA with 36 on my roster.

We have the 5th pick and there is a stud WR on the board that I interview as As Scouted. Hopefully we’ll have a shot at him.

I retain players to get to 49.

I extend for a Year QB Griffith, LS Dixon, C Hawkins,

LB Hardy for two years

By three years, Mike Baxter, NT Wallace

P Newman by 4

I give Drew Monroe a sick deal for 72 mill over five years

Donley gets 34 mill over 4 years

Pujols is given 24.5 mill over 4 years

Hanks 22 mill over 4 years
