Penn State SR RB Chris Robertson is a pretty scary player. Four year starter in Happy Valley, ran for 2K yards in his freshman and junior years (13 games each season). The 1678 he has through 11 games would be the worst total of his career - that will hold up as long as he doesn't go for 149 yards against us. 67 TDs in 49 games. Hell, I'll just paste his player card so anyone reading along can gawk at his numbers. No idea why this guy would stay around for his senior year. 99 running and 99 endurance. At 246 pounds he is out of the Christian Okoye mold.

Decent talent on the rest of the offense, but not a lot of gamebreakers at the skill positions. One of the better offensive lines that I have seen - better than the usual Pac 10 fare.

We feel like we can do some things against this defense, but there are a couple of guys we would prefer to avoid. ILB Bill Manoa is one such player. Another four year starter, he has compiled about 300 tackles over his career. And SS Tracy Gordon is yet another talented senior who has started since day 1. Man, they are going to miss this class. 334 tackles and 14 INTs over the career for Tracy.

Their units rank #57 (offense) and #42. The highlighted matchup is Penn State QB Mark Slutzker versus our #1 ranked pass D. Mark is hitting 56% of his passes on the year for over 2200 yards and has a 16-10 TD/INT ratio.
