Qwik, since no one else has answered you - yes, you plot out your units' moves in a turn-based system, one minute at a time, and then see them graphically portrayed. You can replay each turn as many times as you wish, zooming in and out, changing perspectives from unit to unit, up, down, left, right, etc. Watch the battle from behind your troops, and then watch it again from the enemy's perspective. Look over the shoulder of your 88 as it minces up a group of enemy armor. Watch the ground shake as you experience an artillery barrage.

I can't recommend this game highly enough for anyone interested in tactical World War II combat. Try the demo out. I'd be happy to answer any questions, so PM me if you want to.
