2015-2016 Coach Goals
Again, as all hotseat ratings are average, we'll just be looking at the season goals.
David Ginsberg (Hartford)- Finish with at least a .500 record in the America East.
Al Hutt (ECU)- Finish with at least a .500 record in the American.
Randolph Childress (Davidson)- Play in a postseason tournament.
Bee Mighty (TCU)- Avoid last place in the Big 12.
Cillian Tribble (Michigan)- Play in the NCAA Tournament.
Al Mighty (Michigan State)- Reach the Final Four.
B.B. Gunn (Hawaii)- Finish with at least a .500 record in the Big West.
Timmy Tribble (Charlotte)- Finish with at least a .500 record in Conference USA.
Charlie Shocker (Rice)- Improve the team's prestige (Now there's a goal I haven't seen before.)
Thomas Carrano (Monmouth)- Avoid last place in the MAAC.
Payten Carrano (Norfolk State)- Finish with at least a .500 record in the MEAC.
Rob Nielsen (Colorado)- Play in the NCAA Tournament.
Benito Sanchez (Stanford)- Play in the NCAA Tournament.
Tim Shepard (UCLA)- Reach the Sweet Sixteen.
DeShawn St. John (Washington State)- Avoid last place in the Pac 12.
Roy Rogers (Alabama)- Play in the NCAA Tournament.
Noah Oppenheimer (Florida)- Reach the Sweet Sixteen.
Patrick Hutt (Kentucky)- Reach the Final Four.
Brett Hawkins (Troy)- Finish with at least a .500 record in the Sun Belt.
