Nope, haven't counted them in years (if ever, although I think they used to).
It's based on enrollment numbers from the DOE delivered around mid-year last year (i.e. we just realigned for 2012-13 and 2013-14, based on figures from Fall 2011) and those seniors won't be around, so they aren't counted.
And the 5 single gender HS (2 male military, 1 male, 2 female) are subject to a 2x multiplier.
