Well, it could have been a mafia duking away from DV (or DT if it was submitted earlier), but yeah we really don't have any confirmation on that sort of thing. For right now we have to assume the tiebreaker mechanism you mentioned is what happened. People are welcome to discuss their thoughts on it, but it won't have to guide the day's discussion.
