Brett’s illness really took a toll…as he was sluggish and stiff in these races. Coach even commented that he didn’t look right…

# 7 Woman 11-12 200 Medley 2:52.11L – Bailey improved to a 2:47.73 in prelims and finished 10, thus qualifying for finals later that evening…this brought Bailey to almost exactly a second off a State Cut…
# 23 Woman 11-12 50 Back 40.67L – In the back Bailey dropped 3.65 seconds to a 37.02 and finished 6th, qualifying for the finals, and getting a state cut…
#33 Woman 11-12 800 Free NT – We did get Bailey entered in the 800 Free and she swam an impressive 10:46.84, which was good enough for 12 overall and a state cut…

# 8 Male 11-12 200 Medley 2:59.36L - dropped time to 2:54.40…but finished 14 and didn’t make finals.
# 16 Male 11-12 100 Free 1:11.09L – Did go a 1:10.52…but was disappointed. Also finished 11, so no finals appearance.
# 26 Male 11-12 200 Back 2:56.85L - Better start, dropped 1.24 seconds and finished in 2:55.61…finished 8 and qualified for finals. Needed to drop another 1.5 seconds to get a state cut.
