We get 4-weeks paid annual leave here (typically) which accrues, so it's not too difficult to get 5+ weeks, plus our company is very flexible around purchasing additional leave out of your salary. I've been here forever so leave is no issue for me, but my wife (same company) had to purchase a week. |
I don't have room to complain. My problem is mainly that I burn a week or two over Christmas, which leaves less time for getting other places.
