Current Weight (02/25/07): 216.5 (-9)
Really didn't do much because of a cold, but I still managed to lose weight. Probably water weight, but I'll take it. I only went to the gym on Tuesday, but my cold was too bad to go another day. I hope none of the weight comes back.
