Starting weight (02/04/07): 225.5
Previous Weight (02/25/07): 216.5
Current Weight (03/04/07): 220.5 (-5)
Took a step backwards because I wasn't well enough to return to the gym. I'm feeling much better now, so I should be able to return to my routine. It's still better than a pound per week, so the first month is not a total loss.
