Im pretty happy with my weight (170), but want to get down to at least 160. But Id be just as happy to lose body fat. Anyone have a workout routine just to melt those final few pounds away. It seems no matter what I do, that final inch off my wast jsut wont go away...
wais now; measured from the navel is =36'' I've been trying to get it doen to a 34 the past few months, but it seems that no matter what I do, there seems to be no improvement. I think I hit a rut!
