Game 3 preview

The luck did not go in Vancouver's favour in the inaugural CGL draft. They have a pair of very good corners in Noah Blood (3-1-1) and Stephen Miles (2-1-2) and a solid LB in Irishman Sid York (2-2-1) but the rest of team tended to be late round picks, with no real standouts. The passing offense led by QB Clarence Roberts (2-0-1) is likely to be their main asset on that side of the ball.

Calgary's offense is centered around 2nd overall pick, Tony Klassen (3-2-0), a mobile, young gunslinger who is likely to be one of the best QB's in the league for a long time. They also have young WR Paul Williams (3-1-1) and a coach in Kenyon Thomas who is absolutely dedicated to finding a way to get the ball downfield. This team will likely live up to their Gunslinger name. Defense was a bit of an after thought, but the line will be anchored by stout and instinctive English DL Bertrand Farrall (0-2-3).
