Last night's game was pretty interesting -- Ken faced two pretty smart, pretty quick opponents. Both guys played well, both guys doubled up on a DJ fairly early to stay competitive, but Ken got the third DJ and put them away down the stretch. It's amazing that for him, it's a very exciting game when there is any doubt at all about the outcome -- the real excitement was to see whether he would double up the second place person before Final Jeopardy!, not whether he would actually be behind.
Actually, I think the fact that both opponents were pretty good served Ken well -- if only one had been good and had gotten some of those breaks, he might have had a shot. (Plus, Ken missed the very answerable FJ question, leaving open the "what if" scenarios)
