		Mattherson takes the first by a narrow margin, taking Henson down to gain the edge as Henson gets caught throwing a leg kick.It the second round Henson presses the action and looks to chop Mattherson down with more kicks to the thigh, but Mattherson times a left hand counter nicely and wobbles Henson.As Henson stumbles, Matterson leaps in with a wicked overhand right that catches him flush on the chin, Henson is out before he hits the canvas and the fight is over suddenly, with Felix Mattherson becming the first ECW welterweight Champion

		Franklyn drops Roy in the first, then batters and bloodies him over the final two rounds in a dominating win

		The much ballyhooed brawl never matierializes as Twinge just smothers Jones the entire way, landing 3 of 3 takedowns

		A very technical bout between two of ECW's young stars (both 23) with a third round takedown being the decider

		Our worst commercial rating yet and the first time we actually dip in popularity as the 'loaded' undercard did not cpme through, with the main event actually being the best fight.After a very impressive win over Roy, Franklyn lets Sly Twinge know that he has a spot on his dance card for him, Hillson was being completely outboxed, but his power will insure he is always dangerous, a big win for the 'Roughneck', Julio Gutierrez challenges Hunter Scribbins after his win.We only spend $36,715 on fighter purses, allowing us to clear $124,499 in profits, thanks to broadcast revenue. but National TV Pride complains, demanding more star power on the next show, which won't even feature a title fight
