After I've selected all the starters I'm just going to select the back-ups and stuff without these descriptions, just to get the ball rolling. By that point everybody is going to suck so bad that they're not really going to be worth mentioning. There won't even be any mentors for a long while, and I probably won't even put too much thought into them. Hell, I might even just let the computer pick them.
