Sorry, obviously my familiarity with the situation led to a less than detailed explanation.
The new Roanoke offer, even with extra loans applied is still $5000 short of what the Berry offer is, even before we consider loans on the Berry side. If we remove all the loans, for Bear to attend Roanoke, we would be looking at paying an additional 10k/year
