Bailey College Update - Berry College
This weekend it's Bailey's turn to visit Berry College. Unlike Bear, who visited during a recruiting weekend, Bailey will be the only recruit on campus. In some ways this is flattering, in that the coach wanted to get her on campus so badly that he arranged to have her visit solo. However, it is also a little disappointing in that there will be a decided lack of energy associated with a recruiting weekend. When Bear went there were 8 or so other recruits on campus with him, and the team played Ultimate, threw the football around, went to the football game on Saturday, and more. For Bailey, I'm not sure what they have planned, but it almost certainly won't be that extensive. For one, there is no home football game this weekend. Making matter worse, it's supposed to rain all day today (10/25) and tomorrow, which will further limit entertainment options. Fingers crossed that she has fun.
As for fit, Bailey would be the second 100 and 200 flyer, and in both cases she would be competing for A finals at the conference championship meet. Her 3rd event would be up in the air, but whatever it ends up being, she should be in a position to score at the conference meet.
