I disagree with this. If I was playing a wolf I would never want to be tightly coupled with two other wolves. One other one? Sure, just not every turn. Two other wolves? Not a chance.
In short, I would buy this more if you are targeting either Ardent or Barkeep in the cunning wolf/partner scenario.
