Depends - if Neon was waiting for a kill order from the wolves and then promptly posted results then it could be. But I'm guessing Neon had the following things to collect:
1.) Wolf order
2.) Seer order
3.) Line up new player
Only after all three were complete could he post results. I know that I was on and off today looking to see if results were in but was not at the time they finally went up. I would be bummed if I had been and then voted for based on that reason.
Don't get me wrong - I think that McSweeny has justified votes based on his track record so far this game. I'm not at all trying to talk you out of your vote. I just worry about this type of logic being applied later in the game when there is a decent chance I will be around to see (and comment on) the results of a lynching or night actions.
