Also, a note on the "universe" where this game takes place. It is not exactly a friendly place. Apocalpyse lives by the motto "survival of the fittest" and each of you is (or is pretending to be) a member of his elite forces. The best of you are self-serving, while the worst of you are outright psycopaths. This is true even for those of you who are "heroes" in the normal Marvel universe.
Want to play nicely with others? Chances are the rest of the players are not trying to create "win/win" scenarios, but instead to advance up the ruling hierarchy.
Want to backstab everyone in your path? A great strategy as long as you have the strength to carry the day.
Want to sacrifice your minions (er .. allies) while trapping the traitors? Now we're talking ...
