21 June – Bengal at defensive war with Spain and her allies. They do not call on our aid, but I give them access as well.
28 July – Kazan, an ally of Bengal, is given access as well.
2 Aug – I Influence Nation Strasbourg
17 Sept – Event – Talented Judge again – I send him to Mombasa State
5 Dec – Event – Some Shady People – I don’t accept and get +5 prestige
1 Jan, 1779 – Truce with Japan up, but I don’t DOW them, Somalia is next year
6 Jan – I have 13k after sending some Influence Nations.

I hire a 3 star general and assign them the 38k army

1 June – I order my fleet to the Bab el Mandeb
1 July – With a +65 I pull my Papal States dip and keep it free for my war.
9 July – Japan announces us as a rival
1 Aug – With a +70 I pull my Strasbourg dip, and send my Papal States to make nice with Fars
11 Sept 0 I influence nation Fars
30 Sept – my 1 star admiral passes
1 Dec - Moroccan rebels in Tetouan but my 31k army is here
