Your little post about him starting to struggle sorta hit close to home to me as well - while I didn't have the ADHD troubles, I fully remember the ungodly workload back in High School, with advanced classes, swimming, (and in my case, working a few hours a week). I honestly don't have a god damn clue how I survived. My own folks did put an enormous amount of pressure on me with all that going on, and yeah..free time? What's that? It was harsh. Don't really know you, don't know your kid, so I won't presume to offer any advice (frankly, I'm not sure what my advice would BE, either). I feel for you and the boy, though. I been there. I probably had it a touch easier 'cause I never had to study to actually get good grades, but, yeah, I lived a lot of that.
