Failing a BG or Doctor reveal...which honestly would be awful even if they did do something here since they can leave a will...what do we do? Assume someone inactive forgot to send in their ability? That doesn't sound like the best logic in the world to me.
I've played a bit of town of salem. With all the night kill abilities going on, if the town screws around and lynches any and all it generally doesn't end well. More often than not playing that game there is no lynch for several days until they have info to go by.
