doesn't the cloak start with max? i guess he could be out of the game, but seems risky to bank on that. i'd probably rather see no one select the cloak so there are as many villagers as possible on the other items. then either max is giving it to a gut feel or it goes somewhere random (presumably).
actually - EF can you clarify what happens if max isn't in the game? if none of us vote for the cloak would it just go somewhere random?
