As for engineer... I am less concerned about urban planning and more concerned about practically living in a ecosystem that we don't know. At least grover can use his history as some reasoning for how to proceed.

It's not like I am a hospital administrator. I am the head physician of a very large hospital, the doctor that a doctor like Chief Rum would report to and turn to when he did not know what to do. It certainly would make more sense to have me leading the medical effort and directing the other physicians, just like I do on earth, including emergency physicians.
