One example: We were at 50's Prime Time Cafe. My daughter wanted a dessert that wasn't included with our meal plan. I was prepared to buy it but he comped it and told her it was a special gift for being such a good girl. She hugged him in gratitude. He came out of the restaurant to find us and said, "thank you for lighting up my day with that hug. Here is a special tinker bell toy to light up yours" and gave her a free cool little light up tinker toy.

One of many examples of little extra touches that helped make a great vacation even better.

Disney really gets customer service.
