Given that you have a five year old, the Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios would be my choices for fireworks. You would actually knock out both the parade and fireworks all in one if you went to Hollywood, as the show includes a parade on water and lots of special effects/fireworks. Epcot has a great fireworks show, but it can be a bit boring for kids compared to the Magic Kingdom one, which incorporates a bad guy/good guy scenario into the show that ropes in the kids a bit better.
