In defense of the double dribble the ref probably didnt get a good view of whos foot it went off of because he was looking to call a foul. As far as TV ratings I am sure Virginia would be about the last school theyd want(slow paced and dull). Auburn and Michigan St out of them teams would be the most exciting game IMO.
