At this point, I think a lot is largely settled. The one lingering question that I do have is how Marty's daughter, Audrey, is involved. Between her organizing her dolls in that rape circle and her sexual drawings, it seems pretty clear that she's been exposed to something troubling. How did it happen? Is Maggie's father part of the "group of rich men"? One of Marty's cop friends?
Certainly this is something that will need to be resolved, or those scenes are just weird, random and misleading.
