The Georgian Conquest of Perm
King Erekle has seen relations with Muscovy sour in recent years, mostly because of claims on Muscovian provinces. Despite still being in a royal marriage, Erkle sees Muscovy in a war with Commonwealth, Sweden and others. Because of this, the opportunity of taking three provinces that are not connected to the rest of Muscovy is almost to fantastic to resist.

Our relation to the religious dissidents in Kanadey has varied, but at least some of the local Sunni citizens seem to appreciate our leadership. 'Seem to' may be a key phrase in the situation, because they have recently approached us with an offer to use their religious ties in one of our rival countries to strengthen our international spy network. Provided that they can be relied upon, they could provide a rare and valuable asset.

The recent war is taking a heavy toll on our people. Many were called, few are returning.
