It's an ESPN3 game best I can tell. ACC Network (rightfully) took Miami vs Pitt as their primary.
Though, in Atlanta, BSS was indeed supposed to have it. The combined GT/BSS twitter feeds have a total of 3 complaints about it apparently being "blacked out" (per one photo).
