Yeah, Brett had an amazing Saturday in the meet last weekend. Sunday was good, but he was really dreading the 100 Fly and I believe it kept him from relaxing and swimming well early. He's really committed right now. He's shooting for 100% attendance in practice for June...and it is paying off in a big way...

As for the Thursday night swims, they are very tough on Brett. The 2 hour practice only 2 hours before the meets makes it hard, and there is so much going on, there is a lot of down time, and it can get quite late before he swims that he loses focus (kids without ADHD lose focus so you can image how hard it is on one that has it).

The County Meet is Saturday, I'll be writing up some stuff on that. I'm not sure I can convey all the items that run through my head, because they are so dynamic based on who swims what, who's going to State, if/then scenarios...etc...but I'll try to explain as best I can...
