General Updates

Recently, Emily and Lexi from Bailey's old Swim Atlanta group have moved over to join us at the Chattahoochee Gold pool. They appear to be really enjoying the change in philosophy, the extra coaching and the nicer facilities.

While Lexi has returned to the pool she is, like Bailey when she first started back after her injury, on a restricted workout regimine.

Bear took a private lesson over the weekend as I mentioned in the pre-event write up above. He took is follow up lesson last night, and the coach urged him to shallow out his dives and turns some as this appears to be the biggest drag on him getting to the surface with his timing in tact. He apparently did real well once he made the adjustment...hopefully it will translate to faster times this weekend.
