200 Free - 2:55.43 - Not a good swim...added several seconds 2:59.19
50 Fly - 38.31 - Basically swam the same time...up just .3 38.62
200 IM - 3:16.56 - Breaststroke looked much better as she was able to maintain her position in relation to the leaders. This improvement was the biggest factor in a signficant improvement...3:09.45
100 Back - 1:31.73 - Basically the same time, only this time with a slight improvement 1:31.48
200 Back - NT - Pretty good swim for a first go round...if she can drop a decent amount of time due to a comfort level in this race the second time she swims (which often happens), she might earn a state cut...3:13.82
100 Free - 1:17.37 - Looked very good here (hopefully that bodes well for her sprint in the county meet in a couple of weeks), 1:16.14
50 Back - 40.67 - was hoping for a state cut, but similar to a few years ago when she was so close to the back cut but never got it, she seemed to want it too badly and she actually added time. She's also going to work with the coach on her backstroke starts as she slipped on the start of both backstroke races which cost her time...41.72
100 Fly - 1:26.02 - no improvement added about a half a second, too many consecutive breaths...if she gets that worked out, she'll probably improve on her personal best by about a second or more...1:26.65
