Yes, coaches do get fired, but it's up to the AI. It seems to be pretty generous though and seems to take a while. We've had some coaches that have had some pretty bad seasons consistently but none of our coaches have a warm seat. I would think it would be at least a couple seasons before any of our coaches have to worry about a hot seat.
