Seems to me these scenarios are very much like 1970s law enforcement where you have serial rapists/killers in the county or state right next store and no one knew they were the same person because they had no database or information-sharing system.

Mainly just thinking out loud, but this is the crux of some of the fraud Trump's people are claiming exists.

I read multiple reports of people who early voted, died, and had their vote nullified. So some states check.

This stuff should be easy to check. If it's massive fraud, prove it in court. Simple
