We go to Nantucket every summer and about 6 years ago my wife and I decided we were going to do one super fancy dinner per trip, basically per year. My parents come with us so we leave the kids with them. A good friend is a sommelier who sells high end wines to restaurants in Nantucket so we always get some recommendations from him. Our bill usually runs about $600 for two of us. We always have a great meal and a great time.
