Not a good week for me last week. Monday was my niece's birthday, and I had a big piece of Peanut Butter Ice Cream pie. Tuesday and Wednesday I was pretty good, but Thursday I made some Italian for the wife and had a bottle of wine, and Friday I hit the Indian buffet for lunch and then grilled a big ol' ribeye for dinner along with a sixer of Shiner Light. Last but not least, Saturday we went to IHOP for lunch and I had Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. Somehow, though, I only managed to put on a single pound.

My knee is feeling much better, but there are still twinges every once in a while. I'm hoping it's better by next Tuesday so I can get back to doing some cardio. I'll need th exercise, because the weekend of the 12th I'm going to be eating HORRIBLY...I'll be celebrating my 30th birthday and eating and drinking whatever the damn hell I want.

Week 3 (4/23): 210.5
Week 4 (5/01): 211.5

Ten pounds down total...
