Board Confidence
The board is very pleased with the overall leadership of the team. A major factor has been the major increase in stature since my arrival nearly four years ago. Despite the positives, fans are disappointed with the draw with Hannover at the beginning of February.

Wins don't come match later than that. We struggled most of the time before finally winning a penalty when Jo got raked down from behind in the box. Keane smoked the attempt and we took the spoils.

Poulsen now has 21 goals and Heintz, from DC inexplicably has 10. Jo provides two assists and this is a nice victory ahead of our clash with Bayern.

Huge victory. We're 10 points up on Bayern and Dortmund, though the latter have a game in hand. Poulsen is finding the net again, this time assisted by Andersen. The back four was solid in what was an extremely even match.
We now hold a 2-1-1 record against Bayern. Not too shabby at all.

We're up 11 on Dortmund, but we've played that extra game. They ended up losing to Augsburg, which is massive for us. Poulsen with his fourth in three games, but neither side really deserved more than a point. Just a disappointing performance all around.
Brisolla, Galetto Injured
DM Guillermo Galetto (23 apps, 6.78) has suffered a damaged elbow and will miss 2-3 weeks.
AMC Felipe Brisolla (17 apps, 6.83) has sustained a thigh strain and will miss 2 weeks.
Luckily, we've got two full weeks before our next match.
Baumann Signs New Deal
GK Oliver Baumann has signed a new 3-year, £11M deal. We tied this up to get rid of the pesky 'match highest earner' clause in his previous deal.
