Recruiting... Can someone answer a few questions.
Ok so I have a set budget per week, so I guess I should use all my money each week looking at players. What does scouting a player do. At what stage do you offer scholarships. Do you scout/recruit the same players each week till they accept a scholarship. For some reason all of this doesn't strike me right aways as to what the steps are to land a player.
