Here I’ll show you:
Spain is the Military Hegemon. Reduced War Exhaustion, better manpower for my mercs, lower dev costs for investing power in provinces, and then it’d get better over time.
I do it, but that means that, like Spain, there would be an Economic Hegemon to take me off the map
