I am making 11/8/8 – you can promote an Advisor to the next level by spending cash, and we have three level 3s. That cash is between 550 and 1k for each of them. Right now I am spending 25.66 on Advisor upkeep. I raise them all to level 4. I am now making 12/9/9. They are now 71.99 upkeep
I have 25k after those raises. What now? I order:
Universities in all Cloth which is 11, then all Paper (2) and Glass (1)

1 Oct – Treasurer we just hired and promoted died. I hire a level 2 Artist that drops my cost to increase my stability and spend 395 levelling to and 889 to level 4
9 Oct – I have 178k manpower, I spend 31k to hire another 31k on the West Africa front
1 Nov – With a +54, relations maxed with Hormuz I pull my diplomat
7 Dec – I sent it to Influence Nation England and spend 4431 cash to do so
19 Dec – Event - Tariffs on Wool- I tax them
11 Jan, 1752 – I send my diplomat to make nice with England. I have 24k now
I order Universities in every Spice holding which should be a lot. It’s 30. 16kleft
18 March - Bara converts! Anything to build here? I destroy the Farm Estate and order Soldier’s Households
23 June – Fiherana converts! Anything here? It’s Fish with an open slot, I order Households here too
14 Aug – Event – Architectural Development – I spend 6500 cash to gain 200 in each power

MIL TECH 28 - Curassier- I get Durrani Cavalry, and +0.50 infantry shock and +25% maneuver
I upgrade my forces
This is the last cavalry upgrade possible
18 Oct- A general passes but I don’t have the MIL to hire another
21 Oct – Conversion in Antanosy – anything here to build? I spend 32 ADM to raise it from 9 to 10 and then a Soldier’s Household with this Livestock
1 Nov – With a 45, relations maxed with Venice, I pull
10 Nov – Influence Nation on Venice costs 3120, I do it
21 Nov - Sent to make nice with Austria
20 Dec – 30k of 31k done in West Africa, maintenance is now 338.24
I have 665k of a forcelimit of 885k so plenty of space to up my army more and more
I have 200k manpower and peace with Somalia rises in 2 years and 2 months, so we’ll be ready for War #4.
