I thought with WOTC I saw there was a way to slow down the timer but I did not see it with ironman model? But I do need to get a way to slow it down which will allow me to rebuild up my squad if I have a bad mission.

Haha, I'm a mod whore, all of the below except the New Vegas gear which screws up the art. Some are just cosmetic, like Tats and accessories, but highly recommend all the game play mods. Especially soldier customization and a better advent.
