I hire Khalif Barnes formerly of the Jags, as my Assistant Coach.
There’s no junky person here I want to keep with my franchise tag.
One of the reasons I like these Chargers is that they have a solid QB already and someone I can build a major team around as he nears the end of his career, and then hopefully transition to my next Otto Graham, so that’s my goal.
I am also going to make this challenge a little harder and I am also adding a layer of faster in-season play. From here on out, I will not set the depth charts of my players. I am just a GM, and will let my coaches do everything they want with depth charts and plays and all of that other stuff.
