The Frog is correct. I had a plan that I really liked and was looking forward to, and decided in the end to stick to it. I did six easy Friday morning and did lower body weight work, then took Saturday off as planned. In a bit this morning I'm planning to run 10+. It's a little over 10 miles from my house to a particular location and back, and I just want to be able to say "I ran all the way to Park Circle and back without stopping."
Plus that run will put me at a record for miles in a week, and put me almost exactly 10% over last week.
