Signings
Barry Windham - 9 month PPA - $1500 per appearance plus a promise of a Main Event title. Expensive for the size of my fed, but may be worth it as long as I use him only once or twice a month. He'll begin as an Upper Midcarder but get bumped to Main Event quickly.

Brian Pillman - 9 month PPA - $450 per appearance.
25yo Canadian. Face. Middleweight Cruiserweight. C- Brawling, C Aerial, C+ Flashiness. Decent on camera, good physical, A* Resilience, good performance but needs to get his psych up (C). Independent Star. Potential tag partner for Brady Boone.
Sting - 9 month PPA - $700 per appearance.
27yo American. Face. Light Heavyweight Regular Wrestler. C- Brawling, good on camera, great physical, decent Performance (C- Psych, C+ Basic). A* Resilience. Independent Name. He won't be here long, and I'll get as much as I can for $700 PPA.
Dark Journey - 9 month PPA - $200 per appearance
27yo American female - Manager. C+ Charisma, C Acting, B+ Sex Appeal, C+ Star Quality. I'll make her the manager of someone, or a few people, who need help on camera.
Tried to get the Midnight Express, but they both wanted $1500PPA....might have done it, but both of them had popularity in the Es for North West. I can't afford to spend $3000 on them per show trying to up their popularity. If they already D+ or higher, I probably would have pulled the trigger. Also failed in negotiations with Buzz Sawyer who would have been a great signing, even if he was another $1500 PPA. He already had the skills and popularity to step into the main event. Oh well. A few other negotiations fell through as well.
