He was suspended for that original action, not banned. The ban was a result of posting under a different account while suspended. A definite no-no.
Should HA have been suspended for posting about his love for Ruebens? Perhaps. Should Anxiety been suspended for posting about is peculiar masturbatory habits and the painful consequence? Perhaps. However, I think the difference was that in Suicane's case the number of complaints differentiated his post from those by HA and Anxiety.
