Hard to fault him for not walking away after their Super Bowl win. He had a great season and they had the full team coming back for a shot at another one. This wasn't a Peyton Manning being carried to a championship by his defense situation.
And then last year, he arguably should have won the MVP. Tough to hang up your hat after that. Who walks away after winning league MVP?
