Ummmmm, sounds like way too specific to me lol. All i think Autumn is looking for is which 4 are rowing an which 3 are constructing the ladder. maybe, and that's a big maybe, he needs a torchgrabber too.
Well that's my 2 cents, wouldn't be a team player if I didn't voice my opinion. Like I said I'll be constructing :-)
