-- England's Senior Squad beats Tunisia 4:2 in a friendly on June 10th. Steven Mills plays the second half, scores a goal and earns a 7.3 rating. Neil Gordon comes on in the 67th minute and earns a 6.8 rating. That's the first time anyone I've coached has played for England's national team, hooray!!

-- England U21's beat Austria 1:0, Stuart Kirkland plays the full match with a 7.3 rting.

Euro Cup Information

There are four qualifying rounds leading up to group play in the EURO Cup. Ipswich, Aston Villa and Tottenham are the 3 English teams in the Cup at this point. Aston Villa and Tottenham don't join until the 4th round. As the team with the lowest rating in Europe out of the 3, we will play in the 3rd round. The draw for this takes place july 16th, leg one on July 29th and Leg 2 August 5th.

That gets us involved in serious play weeks earlier than we ever have been before and I'm about to scramble to set up a few friendlies to try to get our guys ready before the 16th. That seems impossible as our guys don't return from vacation until July 4th. Is that something I could have controlled or is that just something that you have to deal with for these competitions?
